The Pedagogy section of Food Rhetoric shares resources related to teaching about food, rhetoric, and writing. We welcome submission of resources such as syllabi for food themed courses, assignments, student essays (with permission), and reflections from teacher scholars. The goal of this repository is to collaborate with others in the field and remove barriers to teaching. 

 

Because curricular design, reflection, and resource sharing are a scholarly contribution & involve extensive labor, we highly encourage scholars to list contributions to this website on your cv as an "open educational resource." All resources will be given credit and we ask website users to cite when they reference these resources in their own courses or research.
